‘the school district’ is a rebrand of a different podcast I started called ‘the principal crew podcast’ in late 2020.

I had seventy-seven amazing conversations with school Principals and Assistant Principals and decided it was time to rebrand and broaden the scope of those conversations.

Every week I interview someone who works with kids, teachers, specialists, the community and even law enforcement to hear their story, how they’re making a positive impact on the lives of children and so we can all be better together!

I have the distinct honor of working very closely with The National Association of Elementary School Principals! (NAESP)

We’ve worked on an array of projects over the years, and currently I’m the host of NAESP Leadership Conversations for the organziation!

We talk with leaders in the field around big leadership ideas and just provide tons of value for educators.

‘the adam welcome podcast’ is probably the shortest podcast out there.

I drop two to three minute episodes a few days each week and the topics range from simple bits of motivation, to other thoughts that I encounter on a daily basis.
